Dustin is a 2023-introduced and all-around character. He used to be a Night Terror who was essential for Twyla Boogeyman to defeat in order for her to complete her boogeymonster rite of passage by overcoming her fears of growing up; he also terrorized her friends' dreams, forcing them to face their fears too.
