Créée en 1885 par Emile Giffard, alors pharmacien à Angers, qui transforma son officine en distillerie. Liqueur de menthe blanche, transparente, obtenue à partir d'huiles essentielles de menthe poivrée (type Mitcham). Médaille d‘Or aux Liqueur Masters 2016 organisé par Spirits Business Magazine.
