The Mysterious Man is an NPC that will sell you the True Triple Katana for 2,000,000. The Mysterious Man can be found in the Green Zone standing atop the tallest sprout in the island. The following requirements are necessary to obtain the sword: 300 mastery on Saddi, Wando and Shisui. Talk to the NPC and he will give you True Triple Katana for 2,000,000. In total, that's 8,000,000, due to each sword being 2,000,000 and the Mystery Man's fee. To get Saddi, Wando and Shisui you need to be level 85
