How to make balloon arch kit:

Step 1: Blow up your balloons and tie the bottom closed, recommend various colors and blow up different sizes to get a amazing look to your garland.

Step 2: Attach your balloons to the strip tape which features holes that allow you to pull the ends of the balloons securely through to the other side.

Step 3: Tie a piece of balloon string or twine onto each end, and tie those strings onto the piece of furniture you want the arch to go over (or use self-adhensive tape stick them on the wall).

Step 4: Use your glue dots to stick the mini balloons into the gaps and crevices until you have an arch that is completely filled in.
