Most people select these cups molded in blue vinyl, which is a great all-purpose material. We also mold them in Silicone, FDA Silicone, Oil Resistant Vinyl, Anti-Static Vinyl, FDA Vinyl, and Urethane depending on the specific application. These vacuum cups can be mounted to your machinery through a variety of means. Those with long necks can simply be pushed onto a tube or pipe on your feeder system. Others are molded with male or female fittings made of either aluminum or brass. These fittings are typically machined in NPT (National Pipe Thread) sizes; but we also will machine them in BSP, Straight Pipe Thread or G thread. Some cups have counterbores underneath the cup that accommodate male screws, while others have flanges that fit into an adapter that mounts onto your system.
