As such, it’s both underwhelming – leaving you hanging – and stretched thin
The casting and production design are great, but it’s like the original Twin Peaks: once the "big crime" is solved, the story is over. As much as we enjoy spending time with these quirky characters, it’s painful to try to wrap it up with extraneous subtext.
